Rep. Bailey & Leader Durkin Host Member of Parliament from Kenya

State Representative Darren Bailey was honored to host a visit this week of the Hon. Bishop Titus Khamala, Member of Parliament in Kenya, Africa. MP Khamala attended a Bible College in Litchfield, Illinois and tries to return each year to meet with friends and community leaders.

Bishop Khamala and his family met with House Republican Leader Jim Durkin and Rep. Darren Bailey and discussed a variety of public policy issues including democracy in Kenya, corruption issues, economic development and tourism.

Rep. Bailey lead the Khamala Family on a tour of the Capitol where they visited the House Chambers, the Senate Chambers, and the office of the Secretary of State, Jesse White.
